the room i occupied lacked proper soundproofing i could hear conversations and other noises from adjacent rooms this made it difficult to rest or concentrate the breakfast buffet offered limited options the pastries seemed stale a wider variety of fresh items would have been appreciated

The check-in was so smooth. they kindly arranged a taxi and reserved a lovely table at the restaurant downstairs, we loved that. breakfast was good with a great selection. The reception staff helped us book a taxi to the airport too.

The shower temperature was inconsistent. It shifted from hot to cold quite suddenly. also the drain didn't function very well. i think a larger illuminated sign is needed. The hotel was hard to spot from the road at night.
